Grounding into Spirit

In this workshop we explore grounding and what it means to be fully present and in your physical body while connecting to your spirit. Practical methodology will be discussed and practiced in this class. If you are feeling disconnected, have excessive mental chatter or issues of security, this workshop will help open new doors for stability and balance as you remember how to connect with your spirit.
